14 DAY TRIAL // Gearbox Software released the Mechromancer DLC for Borderlands 2 last week, earlier than expected, and now, in order to tempt those who’ve yet to try out the character class, the studio has posted a special presentation video.
The Mechromancer is the fifth playable class in Borderlands 2 and allows players to control Gaige, a young yet rebellious teenager that can summon a hulking robot to help her in battle.
After releasing it last week, developer Gearbox has just posted a hilarious video narrated by the game’s Sir Ian Hammerlock, who highlights Gaige’s different talents, ranging from her special skill, which is to summon the Deathtrap robot, to the different abilities that increase her damage output.
Overall, the Mechromancer is one of the most intriguing classes offered by Borderlands 2, so you might want to give it a try on your next playthrough.
The DLC is free to those who have pre-ordered the game and got into the Premiere Club, while those who didn’t can pay $10/€10/800 MS Points for it.
