The development team at Gearbox might be doing damage control on Aliens: Colonial Marines, but it is also busy keeping its biggest community satisfied by launching a new series of hotfixes for Borderlands 2, on the PC, the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

The full list of changes includes:

- a fix for the Lootsplosion that is supposed to be triggered after the defeat of Piston in the Mr. Torque DLC; - audio problems with Axton’s turrets are eliminated, as are those with the Chere-amie sniper rifle and transfusion grenades; - the Evolution shield from Anshin now has a monetary value and can be sold; - amp shots sound files are matched between host and client players.

The hotfix for Borderlands 2 is automatically applied when the game is run while an Internet connection is active.
