14 DAY TRIAL // Global Delight has released Boom, a cheap Mac app that provides a very simple interface and several options to boost the audio capabilities of your Mac, whether it’s a desktop system, or a portable one.
At first glance, Boom looks no different than all the other sound-booster apps out there, but once you go through the options, you quickly realize Boom is a state-of-the-art sound enhancer.

“Other solutions like external speakers are not always portable or desired. Boom then becomes quite a handy utility. It can greatly boost the volume of everything your Mac plays and even boost your music files,” Rahul added.
According to Global Delight, Boom makes life easier for Mac users because it boosts the audio output of the entire system, rather than focusing on individual applications.
Boom requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard) or later and any Intel or PowerPC-based Mac (Universal Binary app).
