The new device comes with support for the Nationwide Sprint Network, and it the first handset in the carrier's offering to include the feature.

“As the first CDMA Android device on Boost Mobile, the Galaxy Prevail is designed to provide an uncompromised Android experience while maintaining the great value of Boost’s $50 Monthly Unlimited plan with no hidden fees and no contracts required,” the wireless carrier notes.

The new device should become available for purchase later this month with a price tag of $179.99 (excluding taxes) attached to it, via all of Boost Mobile’s exclusive retail stores, on the carrier's website, and through select independent wireless dealer locations across the country.

The carrier also announced that the Galaxy Prevail is expected to become available in select retail outlets nationwide by the middle of May.
