Boob Trouble for Dolly

Dolly Parton – remember her? Kidding – of course you do. The iconic country singer was in full swing preparing for the launch of her new "Backwoods Barbie" album and was supposed to kick off a U.S. Tour on February 28th in Minneapolis but has been forced to postpone the entire thing after getting what she calls "a back condition". But since Dolly was never one to miss a good joke – and since we all know she's got a fierce sense of humor, the real reason for the delay soon came to light: it's indeed Dolly's back that's causing problems, but the back pain seems to have a rather unusual cause: the singer's generous bust. In other words, her boobs.

You have to admit that it's not every day that a celebrity admits her boob job is causing problems but as I was saying, Dolly was never one to make a secret of such things and her sense of humor has long showed us that we're dealing with one tough, smart lady. "I know I have been breaking my neck and bending over backwards trying to get my new Backwoods Barbie CD and world tour together, but I didn't mean to hurt myself doing it!" Dolly stated. "But hey, you try wagging these puppies around a while and see if you don't have back problems. Seriously though, the doctors said I will be good as new in a few weeks, and I can't wait to get back out there. See you soon!" she added. Well, how's that for candor? I think she deserves a round of applause for her frankness – and I'm not even kidding on that one.

The Dolly Parton tour was supposed to kick off two days after the release of Backwoods Barbie, the first recording of new country material Dolly released in 17 years. She still hopes to hit the road and go on tour, but won't be able to do that until at least the end of April. Who knew it was such a bummer to have big, surgically-enhanced boobs? Someone quick, call Pammy Anderson and let her know! I guess Jenna Jameson knew what she was doing when she remover her implants last year. In any case, Dolly herself made fun of her blown-up image when she received an award in New York last year and stated that she was best known for two things throughout her career – and after a long, long pause, stated "I'm talking about my music and my lyrics". Now that's what I call a sense of humor!
