The former U2 stylist was ordered by the judge to return all the close and items she pretends that had been given as gifts, to Bono.
Bono and his band, U2, sued their ex-stylist for blackmailing them and for selling their personal belongings without asking them.
The band members attempted to recover $6000 worth of souvenirs, including a Stetson cowboy hat, sweatshirt, trousers and earrings worn by Bono during the band's 1987 "Joshua Tree" world tour.
Judge Matthew Deery ordered Ms Cashman to return the items, which also include earrings, within seven days. "It seems to me that Ms Cashman's version of events, the giving of the hat, is unlikely to have occurred," he said.
The sylist, Lola Cashman declared a few days ago that she received the items from Bono, as gifts, who had recruited her to update the band's image. "I did not steal those pieces. They were given to me."
Neither U2, who are playing in Poland tonight as part of their Vertigo tour, nor Ms Cashman were present in court for the judgment.
