Last year, one of Britney Spears’ former bodyguard, who only worked with her for a few months, announced plans of suing the pop star for harassment that resulted in him quitting his job and permanent distress. Radar Online got a hold of the papers filed in court.

Not only does former cop Fernando Flores claim that Britney would often shamelessly hit on him by inviting him to her bedroom, but she’d also prance around the house sans clothes or with as little as possible, making sure she exposed herself in front of him.

He says he turned down her advances for a series of reasons, including her nasty hygiene habits. Britney did not brush her teeth, did not wash for days in a row, would often break wind and pick her nose in front of everybody, the documents allege.

Moreover, she would curse out at her staff for no good reason, take drug cocktails and be overall a very disgusting person, Flores claims.

“Based on his former experience as a police officer, Plaintiff (Flores) is informed and believes and alleged thereon that Defendant Spears was often under the influence of illegal prescription and non-prescription drugs, such as Ritalin, Narcon (Naloxone) and methamphetamines,” the lawsuit argues.

She would often take drugs even if people were around, with Flores saying he personally saw her once take one such cocktail.

The drug problem wasn’t the only impediment in working with Spears, he says – and neither was the constant harassment.

“Defendant Spears was mentally unstable, and personally obnoxious and demanding, requiring her staff on various occasions and for no rationally discernable reasons to address her as ‘Jennifer’ or ‘Queen Bee,’ on other occasions, Defendant Spears would cut her hair in an erratic fashion, leaving uneven and bald spots on her head,” Flores says in the lawsuit.

“Spears had obnoxious personal habits, such as chain smoking cigarettes, which made her smell continually of stale tobacco. She broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically before Plaintiff (Flores) and others and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane in her speech,” he adds.

Spears also did not wear shoes or socks even when outside, would not wash or bathe herself, and not once used deodorant while Flores worked for her, he further alleges.

Camp Spears has already responded to these claims, saying Flores is just another leech trying to profit from a brief connection with the pop star. He’s also trying to ruin her reputation with the public and the court by making unfounded claims.
