Bobbi Kristina, Whitney Houston's 19-year-old daughter, seems to be confirming reports that she's engaged to the boy she used to consider, until not long ago, her brother, Nick Gordon. The Daily Mail has the photos.

For some weeks now, there's been a lot of talk online that Krissi, as her late mother would call her, is now dating Nick, the boy Whitney “unofficially adopted” 10 years ago.

Before they became romantically involved, the two would consider and call themselves brother and sister, word has it.

Now, they might be getting ready for a wedding, even if Bobbi Kristina's family is believed to be opposed to the relationship.

On a recent outing, she flashed what looked like a giant diamond engagement ring, further fueling speculation that she had accepted Nick's proposal, as the British tab also points out.

“Bobbi Kristina and her rumored 'fiance' and 'adoptive brother' Nick Gordon have once again defied their critiques by stepping out hand-in-hand over the weekend,” the Mail writes.

It also has photos of the controversial couple of the moment.

“The 19-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston showed off a huge diamond on her engagement finger amid controversial rumors that Nick has popped the question,” the same publication points out.

Reports claim that Krissi is determined to marry Nick even if the entire world is opposed to the union. She loves him and he loves her, and they believe they should let nothing – and no one – stand in the way of that.

Unnamed spies have been telling the tabs that Krissi also made sure her grandmother, Cissy Houston, knows that, especially after she, Cissy, went on the record saying she thought the romance was “incestuous.”

“Krissi has told her grandmother that she doesn't need her blessing to marry Nick, and the more Cissy objects to the relationship, well that only cements Krissi's decision,” one such spy is quoted by the Mail as saying.

“It's just a very sad situation. Clearly, Krissi loves Nick, but she has just lost her mother, and her entire world has been turned upside down. Krissi doesn't think she needs to wait, and points to her mom's sudden death as the reason to marry Nick,” adds the insider.

While Bobbi Kristina and Nick Gordon have both confirmed that they're dating by speaking out on Twitter to defend their romance, they're yet to say anything about the reported engagement.
