Setting one company's products aside from the numerous other similar devices available on the market is rarely an easy process, but the people over at Outdoor Technology seem to have really managed to achieve this goal with their brand new Bluetooth “OT Tags”.

Without a doubt, what really makes these things different from the numerous other similar solutions available out there is their design, that look more like speakers than actual headphones, sporting an oblong oval shape.

Furthermore, the headphones are also quite small and lightweight, meaning that carrying them around shouldn't be much of a problem, especially since they simply lay around one's neck, much like a pair of dog-tags, when not in use.

Plus, the headphones also offer built-in controls for answering or initiating phone calls, as well as advancing or rewinding/pausing music tracks, which makes it extremely easy to use in almost all circumstances.

Leaving aside the rather unusual design of the “OT Tags”, we'll also have to mention that these Bluetooth headphones also provide some pretty OK technical features, including here the wide array of compatible products (virtually any Bluetooth-enabled devices), as well as the good functioning range, of around 32 feet (or 10 meters, which is pretty standard for Bluetooth, though).

The Bluetooth headphones from Outdoor Technology also offer quite a good functioning life, with the help of the built-in, rechargeable Li-Ion battery.

So, while the charge time is actually quite short (just around 1.45 hours), the OT Tags manage to support music playback for up to 5 hours, phone conversations up to 6 hours, as well as up to 120 hours of stand-by time.

Last, but certainly not least, we'll also have to mention that these things come equipped with an acrylic case and multiple-sized ear buds, all for an estimated price of just around 79,95 US dollars.
