One of them uses Bluetooth 2.1 and the other set Bluetooth 4.0

Since wireless technology appears to be getting more and more common, Rapoo decided to install it on its two latest sets of headphones, and it didn't really stick to the same one either.

Which is to say, the new Rapoo H6080 and H6020 Bluetooth headphones have a different over-the-air transmission technology each.

Sure, it's Bluetooth, but the H6020 uses Bluetooth 2.1, while the H6090 are Bluetooth 4.0 headphones.

Perhaps we misspoke in the title. Not both headsets are minimalistic. Only one is, the H6020, with its very thin headband (or head wire we suppose, since it's just the interlocking cable).

The product comes colored in blue or black and has cylindrical ear cups. It can also switch automatically from music to call mode, making hands-free calls easy.

They also have rechargeable lithium-ion batteries that provide up to 6 hours of talk time and music listening on a single charge.

The other headphone set, the H6080, has a compact, foldable design, as well as COM-Ti membrane vibrating technology, which enhances treble (makes it clear and bright) and bass (deeper and mellow).

They come colored blue, grey or yellow and are voice activated, which is something pretty rare even now.

Basically, to accept a call, you simply need to speak “yes” and to reject it, all you need to do is say “no.” Obviously, the automatic switch between voice and call modes happens as well.

Both the Rapoo H6080 and H6020 Bluetooth headphones should satisfy people, at home or on the go. That's what Rapoo claims at least.

Shipments should already be underway, through Walmart.com. The price is of $49.99 / €49.99 in both cases. It seems that the minimalism of the H6020 makes up for the inferior wireless connectivity technology.

All in all, the newcomers aren't noise-canceling, high-fidelity wonders, but they are pretty versatile when they need to be.
