Beyonce is now on the Mrs. Carter World Tour but, at the same time, she’s also promoting her new movie, “Epic,” on which she does voiceover. In a new interview with ABC News, the diva also reveals she’s thinking of having more babies.

Check out the interview in full below, embedded at the end of this article.

Speaking of her career and her family, and how the latter is her top priority, Beyonce admits that she’d love to have more kids with husband Jay-Z, when the time is right.

“I would like more children. I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister,” she says.

For the time being, though, her focus is on offering her daughter Blue Ivy the best in life.

“I am very protective. I just want to make sure that she can have a healthy, safe, normal life… in the back of my mind, she’s my priority,” Beyonce says.

“And life is completely different now. So I’m — I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love, and now have a way bigger meaning. And that’s to be her mother,” she adds.

As for the recent controversy surrounding her and Jay-Z’s trip to Cuba, Beyonce labels people’s reaction to it “shocking.”

She says she never imagined there would be such an uproar at her visit, especially since it wasn’t a pleasure trip per se, but an educational one.

In the same interview, Beyonce explains that she agreed to do voiceover for “Epic” thinking it would earn her major “cool points” with her daughter, who is now old enough to understand that it’s her mother’s voice coming from the screen.

She also insists there’s nothing diva about her despite the fame and money: and she illustrates that by saying she’s wearing her store-bought press-on nails.
