Some of you might have heard of Bluboo, a Chinese OEM that launches cheap Android smartphones with incredible powerful specs.

One of the company's latest devices, the Bluboo X550, comes with a huge 5,300 mAh battery, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal memory, 5.5-inch HD display, quad-core MediaTek MT6735 CPU, and Android 5.1 Lollipop.

For all the above, customers only need to pay $170 (€151). However, Bluboo X500 is not the only “wonder phone” launched by the Chinese OEM.

The newest addition to its portfolio is the Bluboo X500 Pro smartphone, which features an elegant design that puts it in the premium category.

What's so impressive about the Bluboo X500 Pro, you might wonder. It's pretty simple: the smartphone should be available for purchase for just $400 (€356), which is a very good price considering its specs.

Keep in mind, though, that the $400 is not yet final, as Bluboo might decide to make it cheaper or slightly more expensive, a new report claims.

But first things first. Bluboo X500 Pro will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop right out of the box, and it will be available in both Blue and White colors.

Hardware-wise, the smartphone will be equipped with a powerful 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 processor, which is complemented by a Mali-T760MP2 graphics processing unit and 4GB of RAM.

The X500 Pro packs 16GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card slot.

Among the confirmed specs, there's also a large 5.5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and 401ppi (pixel per inch).

On the back, the phablet boasts an impressive 20.7-megapixel camera with Sony IMX220 sensor module, which features autofocus, LED flash and 4K video recording. In the front, there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.

Bluboo X500 Pro measures 152.6 x 76.2 x 8 mm and is likely to weigh about 150g (battery included). Last but not least, the handset is powered by a 3,050 mAh battery and offers dual-SIM support, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS with AGPS.

Keep in mind that some of these specs might not be final, as Bluboo has yet to make the X500 Pro official, but the major ones should be accurate enough. Stay tuned for more updates on the phone.
