Blogger has now launched the Stats feature, available in beta so far, for everyone. The feature should now show up in the Dashboard for every Blogger user.

"Just in time for our eleventh birthday, we are excited to introduce Stats for Blogger," Noah Fiedel and Wiktor Gworek, Software Engineers at Blogger, announced.

"First launched to Blogger in Draft back in July, Blogger Stats is a cool real-time stats service that's fully integrated with Blogger; you don't need to do anything to enable it for your blog. You can find the new Stats tab on your blog’s dashboard—go ahead and take it for a spin!," they added.

As the name implies, Stats is a built-in analytics tool for Blogger. It enables users to know how many visitors they have, which are the most popular posts, where their visitors come from and so on.

This type of tool is nothing new, Google Analytics, for example, is already a powerful product. But the Stats feature has the big advantage of being integrated and working out of the box.

What's more, it actually has one very big and unique advantage over any solution out there, including Google's own, it's real-time. The tool enables you to check out the traffic to your blog in real time to see how a popular posts gains traction or to follow a spike in traffic.

The data the tool provides is also rather detailed. You can see what browsers your visitors use, where they're coming from, the top searches that lead them there and so on.

Since the tool launched in beta for Blogger in Draft, the team has made some adjustments and added some features as well. There is the possibility to exclude your own visits from the stats now and the tool also does a better job at removing bot traffic from the count.
