Company has not announced any official first-party titles for the console

Nintendo has so far refused to confirm which video games will be released on the Wii U home console once it is finally out all over the world, but a leaked form United Kingdom based retailer Blockbuster seems to show a number of announced and unannounced titles that are linked to the platform.

The screens show the following video games set to launch for the Wii U when it is released or close after:

Aliens: Colonial Marines Assassin’s Creed Batman: Arkham City Killer Freaks from Outer Space Marvel Super Heroes Metro: Last Light Darksiders II Dirt 3 Ninja Gaiden 3 Pikmin Rabbids Party Land Formula 1 All Stars Game Party Ghost Recon Online Just Dance 4 Monsters Party New Super Mario Brothers Wii Raving Rabbids Rayman Legends Shield Pose Splinter Cell 5 Sports Connection Tekken Your Shape 2013 Zombie

Nintendo has not commented on the Blockbuster leak and has plans to offer more information on the hardware of the Wii U during E3 2012.

The company also announced that it would only reveal actual launch details, including prices and dates, later during 2012.

Early during the year, Nintendo made it clear that the new home console will be available on all major markets before the end of 2012.

The Wii U was first shown in 2011 and Nintendo focused on the touch screen controller that will open up new possibilities for both players and developers.

The company has since then said that there’s much more to the Wii U that just its new touch screen capabilities and has suggested that it would offer the same computing power as the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.

Nintendo also says that it has learned from the difficult launch process of the 3DS handheld and that it will have a solid line-up of titles ready for the moment its new home console reaches players.
