Video game developer Blizzard is announcing that it is running its major BlizzCon 2015 event this year at the Anaheim Convention Center in Southern California on Friday, November 6, and Saturday, November 7, with gamers able to take part in a variety of panels and discussions about the new titles the company is working on.

Fans will also be able to get hands-on time with the games created by the team and they will also witness eSports tournaments featuring the best pro-gamers from all regions of the world.

Blizzard says in the official announcement that it will put tickets on sale for BlizzCon 2015 on Wednesday, April 15, at 7 PM Pacific Time and on Saturday, April 18, at 10 AM PT, using the online event ticketing service Eventbrite.

Gamers will have to pay 199 dollars or Euro for a chance to attend the convention and it's unclear how many tickets will be offered.

The studio adds, "We’re once again planning a special pre-BlizzCon Benefit Dinner the evening of Thursday, November 5 in support of Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), where guests will have a chance to meet and chat with developers, artists, community team representatives, and others from Blizzard."

At the moment, the studio is not ready to offer information about tickets for this event.

There are also plans to introduce a new version of the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket, which is designed to offer gamers who cannot attend a simple way to watch live coverage on an multichannel Internet stream, but for now details about it are not available.

Blizzard is not yet talking about potential announcements

BlizzCon is a big event for the gaming world because the company tends to make important announcements about the future of its titles during the convention.

Currently, the studio is working on the Heroes of the Storm Multiplayer Online Battle Arena, which is supposed to get a full version later in the year.

It is also continuing to expand the Diablo 3 experience with constant patches and new features and planning to launch the final expansion for Starcraft 2, called Legacy of the Void.

Finally, a new expansion for the World of Warcraft MMO should also be announced before the end of the year.
