When will it end?

Looks like everyone is getting into bling and pink nowadays, or even worse pink bling. Previously, I reported that Paris Hilton has taken up designing game consoles, as she devised a new look for the Nintendo DS- a pink crystal covered one.

Today, more are following this trend, including Wrapstar, London-based company, which is planning a Christmas release of a new line of PSP and Nintendo DS skins. These new skins will be available for purchase from Amazon.co.uk starting with December.

The PSP line is made up of Bling, Baby Pink, Brushed Silver, Red Explosion and Yellow Brightness skins, while the new skins for the Nintendo DS are called Dalmation, Solid Yellow, Hot Rod, Love Hearts and Spider Web. Wrapster will also release something for the Nintendo DS Lite and the list goes like this: Union Jack, Urban Angel, Puppy Love 2, Wood Camo, Max Volume Rage and more.

Personally, I don't care much about this kind of products, but I'm sure they will register a large success, especially the Nintendo DS and DS Lite skins as there are over 50 million Nintendo portable consoles users worldwide. The Nintendo DS Lite was released in June 2006, while the plain and simple DS was released in 2004 and 2005 in some areas.
