Aksys Games has announced that it will be organizing the biggest tournament for fighting game BlazBlue, called Revolution, during the month of March 2012 in Japan, using the 3 versus 3 format for matches.

Before the Japanese final tournament an event will also be held in the United States on 25th of February of next year somewhere in Southern California, with the winning team getting sponsorship from Aksys.

If the team manages to take the Gold medal in the Japanese event it will also get a special prize from Aksys.

This will allow the gamers to fly to Japan and stay in a hotel in order to take part in the Japanese final for BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend.

All those taking part in the United States event should have a valid US passport.

In Japan the version of the game used will be BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II, version 1.05 Arcade Version.

More information on the events will be given on the official site of the Revolution event during December.
