14 DAY TRIAL // Only a few days ago, Blake Lively has been telling interviewers she was still lucky (and young) enough not to have to work out to maintain her figure. A new report suggests she's actually gaining some weight on purpose.
Blake is planning to become pregnant with her current boyfriend Ryan Reynolds ASAP, says Star Magazine in its latest print issue (story via CB).
The two have been dating discreetly for quite some time, but this is the first indication that things are really that serious: sources claim they're determined to have a baby even if they won't end up married.
Specifically with this in mind, Blake has allowed herself to gain about 10 pounds (4.5 kg).
“She and Ryan are ready to go for it, even without a wedding. Ryan has been aching to start a family, so this is his dream come true,” a source close to the two tells Star.
Ryan has been so “aching” to have a family that he even divorced ex Scarlett Johansson because they weren't on the same page as regards babies: she simply wouldn't put her career on hold for a while for motherhood.
With Blake, Ryan has found someone who feels the same way as he does about family life, claims the spy.
“They told friends they want lots of children and are ready to get started. She’s even given up alcohol already,” the insider is further quoted as saying.
“Everyone sees a wedding and kids in their near future. Blake wants to be a mom by next year,” claims the spy, adding that even their families are thrilled for this to be happening.
Blake Lively came out of a romance with Leonardo DiCaprio when she started dating Ryan, who had split from his wife Scarlett Johansson shortly before.
The two were romantically linked while they worked on “Green Lantern,” but they always insisted they were just good friends and co-stars.
