Spotted in the wild at the end of April 2010, Blackberry Oxford resurfaced, but this time we have more information about its release date and price tag. The CDMA clamshell was known as Blackberry Style 9670, but recently is shown as Blackberry Oxford.

The guys over Boy Genius Report got their hands on a slide that reveals all the info regarding the new device's spec, price and launching date.

It seems that the rumors are true and Blackberry Oxford is a Sprint exclusive, which will be launched on October 31. At least the Gray version of the flip smartphone, as the Purple color scheme has been dubbed as “Coming Soon.”

Blackberry Oxford is powered by the latest Blackberry OS 6.0 with an enhanced user interface and rich web browsing.

It boasts a 5.0-megapixel camera with flash and video recording capabilities, as well as full QWERTY keyboard with track-pad.

The device is Wi-Fi and GPS capable and packs a microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB, 8GB card included).

Sprint customers that will get the device will be able to access a wide range of services, such as: Blackberry App World, Sprint Zone, Sprint Navigation, Sprint Music Plus and Sprint TV, Sprint Football Live and NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile, as well as EV-DO Rev. A.

The Blackberry 6-powered smartphone also includes part of the Google package, like Google Search.

By the look of it, the flip form factor and the Blackberry 6.0 are the main attractions of the smartphone. Still, those that prefer smaller, pocket-sizable phones will probably skip this one.

Slated for an October 31st release, Blackberry Oxford will be available through all Sprint channels for as low as $99.99 with a 2-year contract after $100 mail-in-rebate.

If the information is true, the full retail price of Blackberry Oxford should be around $399.99.
