As expected, BlackBerry officially unveiled the Z10 in Indonesia. Although the smartphone was announced today, it will go on sale next week for Rp 6,999,000 outright, which is about $720 or €555.

According to CrackBerry, the Z10 will be available at all BlackBerry Lifestyle Outlets across the country, as well as online.

Indonesia has been an important market for BlackBerry, which is one of the reasons the Canadian company established dedicated stores for its products.

With the Z10, BlackBerry hopes to cover the high-tier range for Indonesian fans. BlackBerry Z10 is the company’s flagship smartphone and comes equipped with a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory.

The smartphone also boasts a 4.2-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (768 x 1280 pixels) resolution and an 8-megapixel rear camera. More details on the phone’s specs sheet are available here.
