Wireless carrier AT&T is gearing up for the launch of BlackBerry Z10 on its network in a couple of days, and it seems that demo units have already started to arrive in stores around the country.

Furthermore, the mobile phone operator is said to have already delivered Z10 devices to its employees so that they could learn a bit more on what the new device has to offer and to be ready for the big launch, CrackBerry reports.

BlackBerry Z10 was put on pre-order at AT&T last week, and is set to hit shelves on March 22, while reserved units should ship starting today.

Running under the new BlackBerry 10 OS, it sports a 4.2-inch screen, a dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and a nice range of new features and capabilities when compared to older BlackBerry handsets.
