Research In Motion and China Unicom have just announced they have teamed up to offer the carrier's customers BlackBerry services.

One year after China Unicom launched the BlackBerry Enterprise Solution for business customers, the network operator is now offering BlackBerry Internet Service.

With the latest service, China Unicom customers will be able to take advantage of BlackBerry solution to manage their email, messaging and social communications.

In addition, customers will also be able to access a wide range of applications available on BlackBerry App World, the official app store for BlackBerry smartphones.

BlackBerry Internet Service enables customers access to corporate and personal email accounts from a BlackBerry smartphone.

The service also comes with an integrated web browser and offers quick access to messaging and social services, including BlackBerry Messenger (BBM).
