T-Mobile UK is yet another wireless carrier which has confirmed plans to bring to the market the newly unveiled BlackBerry Curve 9360 smartphone from Canadian mobile phone maker Research In Motion.

The wireless operator has already put the new smartphone on a coming soon page on its website, though it did not announce a specific release date for the device.

The new BlackBerry Curve 9360 smartphone can be seen on T-Mobile's website with an expected release time frame of September 2011.

In other words, sometime next month, T-Mobile UK users should be able to purchase a new, appealing yet affordable BlackBerry device on their wireless carrier's network.

For the time being, no specific info on the pricing of BlackBerry Curve 9360 emerged, but it should be a low-cost handset, the same as other devices in RIM's series were.

The smartphone was announced with a 2.8-inch screen complemented by a QWERTY keyboard, and with a processor that should offer better performance capabilities than what its predecessors were capable of offering.

The mobile phone also includes a 5-megepixel photo snapper on the back, with video recording capabilities, as well as a microSD memory card slot with support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

Other specifications of the new device include WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, support for 3G networks, built-in GPS receiver, 3.5mm headphone jack, and the like.

The smartphone runs under RIM's latest mobile platform, BlackBerry OS 7, which includes appealing web browsing capabilities, Universal search, and more.

The BlackBerry Curve 9360 also comes with support for various mobile services, as well as with access to applications available for download via the BlackBerry App World.
