Unveiled back in May, BlackBerry Curve 9320 made its debut in Canada a few months ago through multiple carriers.

For example, Koodo Mobile, Mobilicity and Virgin Mobile Canada have already launched the affordable Curve 9320 and are still offering the smartphone for $150 CAD off contract.

Today, Research In Motion and SaskTel have announced the immediate availability of the BlackBerry Curve 9320 handset.

The good news is that the regional carrier matched its rivals’ price point, so customers can purchase the smartphone for only $150 CAD on no term. Check it out here.

However, those who do cannot afford to purchase the Curve 9320 for that amount can grab the phone for free, but they will have to sign up for a new three-year agreement.

Additionally, customers can opt for a 1-year or 2-year contract, but they will still have to pay $100 CAD or $70 CAD, respectively.

The only thing that sets the Curve 9320 apart from other BlackBerry smartphones is the dedicated BBM key. Other than that the phone is pretty basic when it comes to hardware.

According to RIM, users will be able to “get connected in an instant with the dedicated BBM shortcut key on the BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone. One touch launches the BBM app so you can chat in real time or share pictures, videos and files. Plan a night out with a group message, or chat privately one-to-one.”

The Curve 9320 is powered by the latest version of BlackBerry OS 7.1 and packs 512MB of ROM, 512MB of RAM, as well as microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

The smartphone also offers HSDPA (7.2 Mbps) and HSUPA (5.76Mbps), along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity options.

Unfortunately, the phone does not come with a touch screen; instead, it sports a standard 2.44-inch display that supports 320 x 240 pixels resolution.
