Bell is among the first carriers that have confirmed to launch BlackBerry 10 devices in early February, along with Rogers and TELUS. Today, the operator has inexplicably released the entry-level BlackBerry Curve 9320 smartphone.

We fail to see the reasons behind Bell’s decision to launch an old device just a few weeks before BlackBerry 10’s release, especially since the upcoming devices will be affordable if bought on contract.

Anyway, it appears that Bell offers the BlackBerry Curve 9320 for free with a new three-year agreement of for $200/€155 upfront. Check it out here.

BlackBerry Curve 9320 features a small 2.44-inch display, full QWERTY keyboard, 512MB of ROM, 512MB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

The smartphone ships with BlackBerry 7.1 operating system and sports a 3-megapixel rear camera, HSDPA and HSUPA, as well as a decent 1450 mAh Li-Ion battery.
