BlackBerry Bold 9790 is one of the smartphones that Research In Motion has been long rumored to plan on bringing to the market, and which has just emerged in a new set of video tutorials.

The new device is expected to arrive on the market with the BlackBerry OS 7 on board, but RIM did not make an official announcement on it for the time being.

The mobile phone, similar with the recently unveiled Bold Touch 9900, is expected to hit the market with a touchscreen display on board and with 8GB of internal memory.

The new handset is expected to arrive on shelves with the codename of Bellagio, but there is no explanation on why would RIM aim at launching two devices that pack almost the same everything in such a short period of time.

For the time being, however, no official info on the new device emerged, and all that is available with it includes the three videos embedded below (courtesy of CrackBerry).

Those of you who will have the patience to have a look at these clips will see demos of the multi-touch functionality of the display, along with a presentation of the QWERTY and of handset's side, and a quick view of what hides beneath the battery cover.

Some suggest that the smartphone might have been canceled in the wake of Bolt Touch 9900's launch, but that is mere speculation for the time being.

Not to mention that RIM announced plans to come to the market with a wide range of devices in the near future, and it might have in plan specific destinations for those who are similar in form and functionality, that's for sure.

For the time being, no specific details on when the new handset might make an appearance on the market have emerged, but more should be unveiled in the near future, so keep an eye on this space for more on this.
