The handset is available via Best Buy and Future Shop, and can be purchased with a three-year contract agreement with Rogers. All the features and capabilities of the original Blackberry Bold 9700 are present in the package, and the handset is expected to soon prove a popular phone, especially since Best Buy says it is already sold out.
Those who would like to get the white BlackBerry Bold 9700 can have it for $149.99 on a three year contract agreement with Rogers, or can purchase it without contract for $549.99. According to handset's page on Best Buy, which lists it as sold out, the new white BlackBerry Bold 9700 is not available in stores either. Unfortunately, no information on when the device is back in stock has emerged so far.

Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) and Bluetooth connectivity options are also included in the package, along with a built-in 3.2-megapixel camera, media player, radio, and speakerphone, as well as support for viewing and editing of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. The device can offer up to 6 hours of talk time, or up to 504 hours of standby time.
