14 DAY TRIAL // One of the handsets that mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless made available for pre-order about one month ago is the BlackBerry Bold 9650, a device that arrived in Verizon's stores a few days ago. Pushed to the market as the successor of the BlackBerry Tour, the new Bold 9650 can be purchased either from any Verizon Wireless Communications Store around the United States, or from the wireless operator's website. Originally, Verizon announced that the handset would arrive in its stores on June 10.
The specifications list of the new mobile phone from Research In Motion includes an optical trackpad for easy and fluid navigation, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth connectivity, Push to Talk feature, 2.45-inch display that delivers a 480 x 360 pixel resolution, 3.2-megapixel photo snapper with flash, a 3.5 mm stereo headset jack, 512 MB Flash memory, microSD memory card slot with support for up to 16 GB of additional storage space, and a 1400 mAhr battery that can offer up to 5 hours of talk time on Verizon's network.

The BlackBerry Bold 9650 is a device that measures 4.40 x 2.44 x 0.55 inches and weighs in at 4.8 oz. The phone packs a wide range of services from the wireless carrier, including VZ Navigator Global, Visual Voice Mail, V CAST Music w/Rhapsody, V CAST Videos, V CAST Song ID, or VZW Tones Deluxe. The handset is available for purchase for $149.99 upon the signing of a two-year contract agreement with the wireless carrier and after a $100 mail-in rebate.
