Research In Motion (RIM) confirmed several weeks ago it will launch new BlackBerry 10 devices in Q1 2013.

On January 30, the Canadian company is expected to make the new BlackBerry 10 operating system official, along with two new smartphones powered by this platform, the Z10 and X10.

The smartphones are also known as BlackBerry L-Series and N-Series and some of their specs have already leaked, though we're still waiting for RIM to confirm any of it.

The folks at MobileSyrup report Canadian carrier Bell is running a contest where participants can win a BlackBerry 10 device.

According to contest's terms and conditions, a BlackBerry 10 device has an “approx retail value of $700 CAD.”

However, it's unclear if Bell will offer any of the two BlackBerry 10 smartphones on no-term. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
