Owners of BlackBerry Z10 handsets can now download and install on their smartphones a new highly appealing application, in the form of BitTorque, which is nothing more than a native BitTorrent client for the BlackBerry 10 platform.

The mobile application arrives on devices with various network modes, including Wi-Fi-only, as well as with simultaneous torrent downloading, and integration with Web Browser and File Manager.

The features list of the application also includes support for magnet link, as well as the possibility to easily share torrents.

Just as any BitTorrent client, it enables users to set Upload and Download speed limits, while featuring support for Local Peer Discovery, UPnP and NAT-PMP, and Tracker-less torrent (DHT), berryreview notes.

The BitTorque mobile client can be found on this page in the BlackBerry World portal, with a price tag of $2.99 attached to it.
