Although BlackBerry 10.1 started to arrive on devices only last week, Canadian mobile phone maker BlackBerry is already working on the next platform release, which is now said to land as BlackBerry 10.2.

No official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now, but Michael Clewley, BlackBerry product manager, has shared some details on this via his BBM Channels, CrackBerry found out.

Apparently, the next flavor of BlackBerry 10 will bring back Level 1 Notifications, yet specific details on this have yet to be delivered.

Furthermore, the operating system will get Multiple Alarms in BlackBerry 10.2, as well as Standard Unicode Emojis, and the option to set a time to remember a specific item.

No info on when the new platform release might be ready for deployment has been provided as of now, but it might not be long before such details are unveiled, so stay tuned for updates on the matter.
