Black Hints II (PS2)

Black is a video game developed by Criterion Studios, best known for their Bournout series of racing games, for the publisher Electronic Arts. Developed for the Microsoft Xbox gaming platform and for the PlayStation 2 from Sony, Black is a shooter crossed with an action game and it is played from a first person perspective.

The game puts you in the shoes of Sgt. J. Keller, a Black Operations agent who has just failed in his mission. Because of his failure, he has been incarcerated and is currently interrogated to reveal what his mission was, in order to find out what went wrong. The player needs to go through the operation that got Keller imprisoned to see what led to the failure. There are 8 areas that you need to explore in the game, with primary and secondary objectives and focusing on gathering intelligence and eliminating all opposition.

There are a variety of weapons you can use to deal with enemies and the entire background is fully destructible. Cover is available and you can use it to shield yourself from enemy bullets. Be that as it may, remember that cover is not impenetrable and some weapons can even shoot through the walls.

There are four difficulty levels for the game. Easy mode only requires the gamer to complete the primary objective to advance, while some of the secondary ones are required in normal and hard modes. In Black Ops mode, which is only available after completing the game first on the difficult one, the player needs to complete all the objectives to advance.

GAMEPLAY HINTS

x5 zoom with the sniper rifle

Press R3 to zoom in on x2. When you are in this position, press D-pad Up as if you were changing the firing method of your weapon.

Quick suppresser set

As you are putting a suppresser on your weapon and enemies appear, fire and the suppresser will be on with your weapon going instantly into firing position.

No blur on reload

To get rid of the blur when you reload, press X to reload then immediately hold Square.

To get rid of blur in automatic reload, tap R1 and everything will become clear. Also when reloading the M16 MP5, with X, some take longer to reload. You can stop an X reload and fire whatever is left in the magazine by pressing R1. You can also speed up reload by tapping R1.
