14 DAY TRIAL // The organizers of the world-renowned information security conference Black Hat have announced that registration and call for papers are now open. Black Hat USA 2014 will take place in Las Vegas on August 2-7 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Those who want to benefit from early bird prices must register by June 2. Papers can be submitted until April 4.
For each of this year’s briefings, organizers will provide two free student passes. Furthermore, for every new Business Pass that’s sold, $100 (€73) will be donated to the EFF.
This year’s list of sponsors includes Microsoft, Qualys, RSA, Blue Coat Systems, Cisco, FireEye, Juniper Networks, Lieberman Software, Accuvant LABS, AlienVault, Core Security Technology, LogRhythm, Tenable Network Security and IBM.
