The company isn't moving out of its comfort zone, but at least white won't be the only color option anymore.

According to TechTastic blog, the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 will come in a black package, only with a white band around it.

The home button will be colored white as well, but everything else will be black, including the bezel.

The hardware will not change from what Samsung allowed to be known though. That means the 8-inch device, with its 1280 x 800 pixel display, still has a 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU, 1.5 GB RAM, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, a 1.3 MP front camera, a 5 MP back camera, Wi-Fi, and a 4450mAh battery.

Android 4.2.2 runs everything under the guise of a Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.

In the photo above, you'll see the slate in both its white and part-white versions.
