We have been bringing you news of some excellent deals for tablets aimed at the adult consumer population. But we haven’t forgotten about children.

If your little one has been good all year round, he/she surely deserves a nifty gift too. Good news is we have something to share with you, in this department as well.

Parents willing to purchase a slate for their children won’t even have to pay too much to do so. The Fuhu Nabi 2 will become available for purchase from Walmart for a meager $99 / €73 between November 28 and December 1, reports AndroidPolice. You’ll have to be quick about it, as the promotion is available while supplies last.

As a quick reminder, the Fuhu Nabi 2 features a 7-inch screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and draws power from a 1.3GHz quad-core Tegra 3 coupled with 1GB of RAM.

There’s 8GB of internal storage, extendable via the microSD card slot. The slate comes pre-installed with a host of educational software and bundles a 2MP camera with video capturing abilities.
