The Black Eyed Peas are no more. After announcing it would go on a break for a while, the band officially did so by performing one final concert for fans, at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami.

As expected, nice words were also uttered and it wouldn't be that far-fetched to assume that tears were also shed.

The video above shows will.i.am addressing the audience, thanking fans for the years of success and endless possibilities they presented them with.

He can barely remember his first concert, when he performed for just $30 (€22.4), but that's not to say he ever lost appreciations for his supporters.

“Black Eyed Peas is a family. We are friends, and we helped each other get here - and you guys are an extension of that friendship,” he told fans.

“We are here in this stadium today representing family and love, a day before Thanksgiving, and we thank you guys for the love,” will.i.am shared.

Fergie also said a few words, though she kept her speech shorter.

“Tonight is our graduation. It's a very special night for all of us. We're so thankful to be sharing this night together,” she told the audience.

BEP are going on a hiatus, but no reason for the break has yet been shared with the fans.
