A few days ago, we reported on a new security flaw discovered on the Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone, one that provided users with the possibility to access info on the device, make calls and download apps, all without unlocking the device.

Discovered by Terence Eden, the issue is expected to be resolved by Samsung in the near future, via a software update for the device.

Before that, however, it seems that Bkav managed to find a fix for the flaw, and that they have already included it into their Bkav Mobile Security app, which is offered for free.

The mobile security application can be seen on this page in the Google Play Store, available for download as version 3.0.9.4 at the moment.

Those who would like to learn more on how Bkav Mobile Security resolves the Galaxy S III security issue should head over to this page on the company’s website.
