14 DAY TRIAL // Video game developer BioWare and Valve announce that the award winning Special Edition of the role playing game Jade Empire is offered for a 24 hour period on Steam with a 75 percent price reduction, with gamers asked to pay just 3.99 dollars or Euro.
Jade Empire has long been seen as the forgotten gem of the older BioWare catalog, equaling the quality of the original Knighs of the Old Republic.
The game was launched during 2007 and has a beautifully crafted narrative and a number of interesting gameplay and morality oriented mechanics.
The game description asks: “Will you prevent the destruction of this beautiful land, or will you crush it beneath your heel? Are you a warrior who uses his strength and fighting mastery to bring peace, or will you instead use your power to bring pain and ruin?”
