Take-Two Interactive has just confirmed that BioShock Infinite has sold since its March release a whopping 3.7 million units and that its Season Pass DLC has experienced "solid demand."

BioShock Infinite came out at the end of March and, while the game earned critical acclaim, its sales were never confirmed by publisher 2K itself.

Now, parent company Take-Two Interactive has revealed the concrete figures for BioShock Infinite, confirming via CVG that the title sold 3.7 million units since its launch in March.

Besides the actual game, lots of people also bought the BioShock Infinite Season Pass, which assures them access to three upcoming downloadable content packs for the game, as Take-Two said that the bundle saw "solid demand."

As of yet, it's still unclear just when the promised DLC packs will be released for BioShock Infinite by developer Irrational Games.
