The developers at Irrational Games who are working on BioShock Infinite have released one teaser image for the trailer that they are set to roll out at the VGA ceremony on Saturday.

The image shows a massive gold statue of what seems to be a political leader, set against the backdrop of two clock towers, one of them featuring a large company sign.

The image might be an indication that, in the way that the first BioShock had Andrew Ryan, Infinite will also have an overreaching leader who will interact a lot with the player character.

Irrational Games has already revealed quite a bit about BioShock Infinite and said that the main relationship in the game will be between Booker, the detective, and Elizabeth, the superpowered girl escapee that can open interdimensional portals.

BioShock Infinite is set to be launched on the PlayStation 3, the Xbox 360 and the PC at some point during 2012.
