BioShock Infinite is going to feature a unique series of enemies called Heavy Hitters and developer Irrational Games has just presented the first one, in the form of a robot that’s shaped after George Washington.

In the last few weeks, we’ve been hearing plenty of details about BioShock Infinite, including a release date.

Irrational, its developer, is continuing the steady stream of news with the first details on a series of special enemies called Heavy Hitters.

The first in this series is the Motorized Patriot, who is actually a robot modeled after George Washington.

The enemy is extremely resistant, as you can see in the video above, so Booker, the protagonist, will have to use his arsenal of weapons and powers against him, while avoiding the stream of bullets from his impressive minigun.

Check out the Motorized Patriot above and get ready for BioShock Infinite’s release on October 16, in North America, and October 19, in Europe for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
