Microsoft has introduced a brand new option for Bing users

If you’re one of the many users who are relying on Bing to search for information worldwide, it’s worth knowing that Microsoft has just updated its Rewards program with support for frequent flyer programs and other loyalty programs.

Starting today, you can redeem your credits and get up to 100 points or miles for the selected frequent flyer program, with plenty of airlines participating to the program.

Several hotels and retailers are also on the list of partners, Microsoft said, including the following: American Airlines AAdvantage, Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns, Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles, Icelandair Saga Club, IHG Rewards Club, LifeMiles, My BestBuy Rewards, SVM FuelCircle, US Airways Dividend Miles and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club.

“Once you receive the certificate, choose your preferred loyalty program, enter your member number and some info to make sure it's you, and your points or miles will be deposited into your program account. Rack up your credits to get rewarded faster! Travel, stay or shop that much sooner,” the new campaign description reads.

Unfortunately, Bing Rewards is only available in the United States, so if you’re using Bing but you’re living outside Microsoft’s domestic market, there’s no way to get something in return for relying on the company’s search engine to look for information online.
