Did Ricky Gervais just say that? Yes, apparently he did. Now fingers are being pointed at the host of the 68th Golden Globes Ceremony, with the comedian accused of being down right cruel to his “victims.” Sunday brought with it this year’s Golden Globes Ceremony, and as some say, a preview of the movies to be celebrated at the 2011 Oscars.

Microsoft was on location, so to speak, with Bing and MSN Entertainment rolling out the search and news red carpets in a move designed to help users get insight into the event.

Those that want to easily get up to date with the 2011 Golden Globes just in case they missed the event, or that simply want more information about the winners, can turn to Bing and MSN Entertainment.

MSN Entertainment’s Guide to 2011 Golden Globes is in this regard, and excellent place to start.

“To help prime you for the ceremony, MSN Entertainment has created a guide for the event with comprehensive coverage on the nominees, red carpet coverage from the event, photos and videos of the stars and even the latest celebrity news,” revealed a member of the MSN Entertainment team.

As you might know by now, “The Social Network” won Best Motion Picture, Drama; Colin Firth won Best Actor in a Motion Picture, Drama for his performance in “The King’s Speech”; while Natalie Portman took home the Best Actress in a Motion Picture, Drama award for her role in “Black Swan.”

There is a plethora of additional prizes, and to help users discover them all, Microsoft is pointing them to Bing.

Golden Globe Instant Answer - Simply search for “Golden Globes” and you’ll see an instant answer at the top of the search results. All of the relevant content is served up so you can find what you’re looking for or discover something new.

And of course, watch the video embedded at the bottom of this screen to get an idea of the “Hollywood celebrity massacre” operated by Gervais.
