14 DAY TRIAL // Microsoft has just announced a new version of Bing Desktop that comes with several new features, including improved search options.
Inline search has also been implemented, which means that you can easily search directly from a webpage or document by simply selecting the text and clicking on the Bing icon.
In addition, the company introduced a new weather app, as well as real-time weather snapshot to get the forecast right on your desktop.
“We’ve added a new cascading layout that lets you see images and text summaries so you can keep up on the news you’re interested in. We’ve also added a visual collection of the top trending items on the Web so you can keep your finger on what’s happening in a gorgeous waterfall layout,” Microsoft added.
Last but not least, Facebook notifications have also been released, so you can stay up to date with your Facebook friends' messages without leaving the desktop.
