Billie Piper - TV Hooker. Say What?

Billie Piper - remember her? Well, how could we forget - she sings and acts and... well, there's actually not much else she does apart from that, but wait until you see these photos of her. In fact, I have always been wondering how come Billie actually got to play the part of a hooker - OK, London call girl - named Belle de Jour in a British TV series called "Secret Diary of a Call Girl". Sexy shots and a blonde hottie who plays a hooker on TV. What more could I possibly wish for in this life?

The fact is, I think playing a hooker is quite a complicated thing to do. I mean, just think of all the naughty things she has to learn - I won't go into any details, as tempting as it may seem. The only problem is, as an actress, playing a call girl, hooker, prostitute, whatever - is the kind of part that typecasts actresses very quickly. It sticks to them. Julia Roberts will forever be "pretty woman" - and her prostitute was a nice one, mind you. Christina Aguillera only did it for a video (remember her "Lady Marmelade") and it stuck on her like stink on cheese. On second thought, it may also have something to do with her tons of make-up and overall attitude - but that's not a very nice thing to say, now, is it?

Well, hooker it is, then. And if you have a look at these photos, you'll see that our Billie really seems quite at ease strutting around in sexy outfits and acting like the world is hers. Well, I think they must pay her pretty good for impersonating a prostitute called Belle - nice name, by the way, I've been meaning to say that for a while now. Guys will surely love it. And well, we love Billie. Much more than we loved her in "Doctor Who", anyway. We have to be careful with our praises, though - if we overdo it an "glamorize" prostitution we'll soon have an "I'm a virgin" tape circulating on the net and a new Chrissy Crocker figure out there - and my stomach simply couldn't take that. Like, at all.
