14 DAY TRIAL // Madonna was at the Billboard Music Awards 2013 and, though she didn’t perform, she managed to steal the show with her acceptance speech upon receiving from will.i.am the Top Touring Artist award.

Dressed in her usual attire (pantyhose, no pants, and some kind of leather / feathery jacket, with lots of chains and spikes), Madonna strolled on stage with some help from will.i.am.
Like Justin Bieber, she too removed her shades only later on, so I guess this must be a thing now.
As for the actual speech, though she promised she’d keep it brief, Madonna thanked a bunch of people who helped her with her most recent tour, her children and her fans, and went over the allotted time.
Still, you could see she was proud of her tour (and with good reason too) and proud that the fans had acknowledged that by buying tickets for it and thus getting her this award.
