Bill Gates Talks About the Future

Bill Gates is currently focusing on his philanthropic work with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, but he continues to believe that technology plays a crucial role in all aspects of society.

“As I told the UW students, this is an amazing time to be involved in computer science,” Gates revealed.

“Besides the great things we’re seeing in health and education, there are exciting opportunities to use the power of computers in areas like climate modeling, creating new low-carbon energy sources, and creating more drought-resistant and higher-yield crops.”
