Once upon a time, Tyra Banks was the hottest woman on the planet. There was not a fashion show or red carpet ceremony without her. In fact, she was so hot and so appreciated that any fashion show was not a fashion show unless she was there. Oh, how the time flies... These photos of talk show host Tyra were taken pretty recently and, according to them, it seems that sitting on a couch all day long and talking to her guests and her female audience made the former model/beauty queen forget to hit the gym. No wrap can hide that from us, no matter how hard she tries... Ironically enough, the fact that Tyra's waist and ass have begun to grow to considerable proportions can be a good thing, depending on how you choose to look at it. First and foremost, it should only make us find ourselves in a situation in which we can relate to her, as we couldn't do that when she was still the sexiest woman on earth. Gaining weight could make people find the model more human, less of a star. Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. We live in a society in which image and external appearances count more than anything else (but no more than, oh, let me see, money) and those extra pounds that you can easily see hanging on Miss Banks have already been criticized all over the Internet. Is she trying to follow on Oprah's footsteps, some ask? The worst thing that many pointed out is that she is still the judge on 'America's Next Top Model' and how will she be able to judge all those aspiring girls if she looks like that is the question on everybody's mind. Well, maybe she will pick the next top model by comparing her size to that of her own butt. Now, that would be a great idea!
