A game named Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers, featuring two beautiful heroines and hordes of enemies to kill, could always be a great hit in today's world if it offers consumers what it promises: evil
beauties, innocent girls gone bad or whatever you wish to call them. And we do know that the games industry is the perfect choice when it comes to deliver such experiences. That's why we have no doubt that D3 Publisher will be able to create a great game with Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers, which will have two main attraction points: Aya and Saki, the heroines.
Of course, except from that, this
Nintendo Wii exclusive will have a story (plus, just to make it clear, characters wearing much more clothes than you might expect when reading the game's title). Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers tells us the story of Aya, a cute girl who is out to find the meaning of her IMICHI ancestors - a quest which will naturally bring her answers she doesn't want to hear and more enemies than she can imagine. However, since she's a master of the sword (just like her sister), she will start hacking and slashing her way through the zombies like there's no tomorrow. And you will most likely love all this madness.
"Onechanbara perfectly blends the thrill and excitement of a zombie-filled horror flick with a pair of sisters that pack a powerful sword behind impeccable beauty," said Yoji Takenaka, executive vice president and chief operating officer, North America and Europe, D3P. "Gamers will be delighted that a lot of features have been included to make a fun and easy to pick-up and play title at a great price."
Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers, which will be presented during this year's E3 event, will fully use the Wiimote's motion sensing capabilities, which means that you will be able to slash, swing and thrust, for as real as it can get, into zombie
enemy hordes. The game can be played in single player as either Aya or Saki, or in co-op multiplayer for double destruction. Those who are not going to E3 this year will have to wait a bit longer before checking the game out - most likely until the first quarter of 2009, when the game is scheduled to be released.
