Police are looking to arrest two other suspects in the Manhattan beating

One suspect has been released in the Manhattan attack of an SUV driver during an illegal motorcycle rally on Sunday.

Victim Alexian Lien was severely beaten after an altercation with a biker group, during which he ran over a rider.

Edwin "Jay" Mieses has been left paralyzed, and the biker attack on the Range Rover SUV has been caught on video.

Police arrested two men after the West Side Highway brawl. According to NY1, 42-year-old Allen Edwards surrendered and turned himself in. He has been released and no charges have been filed.

28-year-old Christopher Cruz is the person starting the fight by forcing Lien to stop his vehicle then bolt out, hitting several riders.

He has been charged with reckless endangerment and unlawful imprisonment for blocking in the driver. Two other suspects are currently being sought in connection to the crime.
